Season four sees both the good Angel and his evil side Angelus at the centre of many dark and mysterious story lines.
Following on from Season three, the first episode begins with Angel stuck at the bottom of the ocean, and with no real leads, Fred and Gunn trying to find him.
Meanwhile, Cordelia is having troubles of her own. Stuck in a higher realm, she does not return to the hotel until the middle of the series. The visionary demon later finds out that she is pregnant, but who is the father of the baby?
