A high point of the episode sees a spot of jazz trumpeting and Sinatra-esque crooning from Jonathan at the usually indie-band oriented �Bronze� nightclub in Sunnydale. In real life, Danny claims no such musical abilities.

"I have absolutely no musical talent of my own!" he confesses. "It's actually quite depressing. I studied voice for about two years with an amazing coach, and I never rose above the level of mediocre.

Danny does recognize the musical talents of another member of the Buffy cast though, having attended some of James (Spike) Marsters� solo gigs in Los Angeles.

"I don't really socialize with the other cast members much. I think they are all great people, we just lead our own lives. [However,] I wanted to see James play because I'm a big of fan of his - he's a great guy."
