A copy of Farscape One threatens the Ancients' home.

The Ancients are back and they�re not best pleased: they believe that John Crichton has been flying his Farscape 1 module through wormholes and renting it out to vicious aliens. But Crichton�s done no such thing and instead it�s a copy of the module as built by the alien engineer who once repaired it for him. Now the wormhole technology is falling into the worst of hands and the Ancients want Crichton�s help.

And to think that Furlow has figured out what has been defeating Crichton and Scorpius all along: to fly successfully though a wormhole your module must have United States written on it.

Her copy is that pointlessly exact and it�s touches like this that dent what is otherwise a feature film strength story. Furlow�s cheek wound keeps changing, too, but most damaging of all is the issue of why �Jack� the Ancient can�t unlock Crichton�s knowledge. The given reason is that there�s that pesky neural clone of Scorpius in there but that�s not a reason, it�s an excuse for the storyline of trying to get rid of him.

But that was a good storyline, the gang is in its usual spot where you cannot imagine how they�ll get out of things � and Rygel�s taken another wound to the chest.

Otherwise, last time we had the return of Francesca Buller for her once-per-season appearance; this time we got Kent McCord as the Ancient who takes on the form of Crichton�s father.
