Beware of Dog
Teleplay by Naren Shankar
Directed by Tony Tilse

REVIEW
It was 'Alien' meets 'Farscape' with the gang hunting down a beast through the ship. Cleverly, the episode knew we'd be suspicious of the Vorc so irritatingly jaunty comic music aside it worked with us to confirm what we thought. And then it reversed things to make the Vorc the good guy, then reversed them again, and again.

Cynically you could argue that there was one reversal too many and that it was done to pad the episode rather than escalate the problem and the surprises. It's certainly true that the chase weakened in the middle and needed a tedious "Crichton tells Aeryn the plot" scene.

But the whole crew got something to do with the now inevitable exception of Zhaan and the racing around the tiers was excitingly satisfying.

back to plot on to did you notice?

Crichton hasn't seen 'The Seventh Seal'
