Peter is rushed to Kingdom Hospital after being struck down by a hit-and-run driver. Although paralyzed and in a coma, he hears and sees everything in his surroundings.

Peter's room is known as the Presidential Suite, and it contains the only remaining wall from both the Gates Falls Mill and the Old Kingdom Hospital. This wall acts as a gateway between the Mill, the Old Kingdom and the New Kingdom.

For six seasons, Jack Coleman starred as Steven Carrington in the highly-rated primetime soap Dynasty. Since then, he has been seen in the telefilms Disney's Angels in the Endzone, Medusa's Child, The Return of Eliot Ness, Replacing Dad, Children of the Bride, Rubdown, Daughter of Darkness and Bridesmaids.

Coleman's feature films include Spawn, based on the Todd McFarlane comic book, as well as Last Rites, Trapped in Space, Foreign Student and The Landlady.

Born in Easton, Pennsylvania, Coleman began his career on the daytime drama Days of Our Lives, portraying Jack Kositchek.
