Sally Druse: Self-proclaimed psychic and part-time sleuth.

Sally Druse is something of a fixture at Kingdom Hospital where her son Bobby works.

Apparently possessing psychic powers, Sally is troubled by the paranormal phenomena taking place at the hospital.

She is re-admitted at the hospital for any number of imaginary maladies just so she can conduct s�ances in the terminal illness ward.


The award-winning Diane Ladd has tackled a string of feisty roles during her illustrious career, often imbuing them with her Southern charm and tenacity.

Appearing in her first film in 1961, three-time Oscar nominee Diane Ladd received her first nomination in 1974 with her signature portrayal of the wisecracking Flo in Martin Scorsese's Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore. She then appeared in the Academy Award-winning Chinatown before becoming a familiar face in numerous telefilms and mini-series.

By the 1990s, she became a fixture on the big screen again too, starring in Wild at Heart and Rambling Rose, both of which earned her additional Oscar nominations, as well as Primary Colors, "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation and A Kiss Before Dying.

Her additional television work includes recurring roles on Grace Under Fire and Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, and guest-starring turns in Strong Medicine and Touched by an Angel, for which she won an Emmy Award.

A native of Meridian, Diane is the mother of actress Laura Dern.
