Fans who were disappointed when the Buffy animated series was shelved, can now at least see how it might have looked.

Eric Wight, commissioned as Art Director for the series, has posted some of his concept art on the net.

The designs seem to have been produced for Film Roman, the animation house behind The Simpsons and King Of The Hill.

Eric has spent the last eight years working on a range of TV and film animations, including Terminator 3, Charlies Angels 2 and Austin Powers. His first published work will be the Dark Horse comic Hellboy: Weird Tales 2, which is tentatively due for release in April 2003.

You can view his Buffy work by visiting Eric's own web site.
