Blucas storms Castle

Blucas storms Castle

Marc Blucas's latest film, I capture the Castle, has been receiving rave reviews since it opened in the UK on Friday.

The Cult team managed to blag an invitation to the film's premiere last Wednesday, and are pleased to report it is truly delightful.

Sadly Marc wasn't there to walk down the red carpet in London's West End, but we like to think that the loveable big lug was there in spirit.

Capture the Castle is a charming period drama based on the book by Dodie Smith, who also wrote 101 Dalmations. Mark plays one of two American brothers who fall in love with two English sisters who live in a run-down property they own.

He's very charming and wears a hat like Indiana Jones, for no apparent reason. Watch out Harrison, we think he may be after your job...

If horror is more your style, Anya fans will also be delighted to know that Emma Caulfield's film Darkness Falls also opened this weekend.

In it, Emma faces the gruesome Tooth Fairy, a foul fiend who definitely doens't just want to leave 50p under your pillow.

The film reached number one in the US box office upon it's release, so it's probably worth further investigation if you are old enough and have a strong stomach.
