DB Woodside, alias Principal Wood from season seven of Buffy, will be appearing at the Prophecy Event being held in Dublin over Halloween weekend.

If you're in Ireland, or can get to Dublin for the 31st October and 1st November, you can see DB Woodside make his first-ever guest appearance at a convention or fan event.

BBC2 Buffy viewers will get to see Woodside's debut as Dawn's new Principal on 28th October, when season seven gets underway with its thrice-weekly schedule.

Viewers of 24 should also be interested, since Woodside has joined the against-the-clock series for its third season, which is currently in production.

The Prophecy event runs from the evening of 31st October until the small hours of 2nd November, with a late-night party on the Saturday night.

Elizabeth Anne Allen (Amy the witch on Buffy) is also scheduled to make another event appearance here, having been a popular guest at other conventions in recent years.
