Fans of Faith can now see the opening minutes of Eliza Dushku's new series online.

Eliza Dushku's new series, Tru Calling, is starting on schedule on 30th October on the Fox Network in the US, after all.

In an unxpected bonus, about a third of the pilot episode can now be viewed online at the official site.

Back in August there were reports that the supernatural series was being postponed until the risky mid-season slot early in 2004. But Fox's American schedules now have it booked in for a regular slot on Thursdays at 8pm.

In the series, Eliza's character Tru has the power to change the future - or rather, a limited power to change the past by going back a day to save peoples' lives. Hey, it's a calling - you know, like being a chosen one.

The segment of the series premiere is sadly devoid of music in its online form, but it should give a good flavour of how the premise is delivered. Click the link on the right for Fox's site.
