Fox announce full VHS release of season five.

Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment have announced a double treat for Angel fans, with the release of the entire fifth season on VHS this summer.

Both the season 5.1 and 5.2 VHS boxsets, containing all 22 episodes of the show's final year will be released on 23rd August 2004.

Normally the releases of the boxsets are staggered but, for once, it was decided to launch everything together.

No official date has been announced for Angel season five on DVD, although our contacts predict that we will see it on the shelves before Christmas.

Although yet to be officially confirmed, four more Slayer Collection character-themed Buffy DVDs are expected to be released shortly. These will feature Xander, Dawn, Cordelia and Giles. More info when we get it.
