Lack of Faith in Trek

Following reports that Enterprise might be rebranded Star Trek: Enterprise for its third season comes the news that it may get a new theme tune.

After two seasons, it seems that the head honchos at Paramount have realised few Trek fans actually like the current soft rock tune, Faith of the Heart.

Here at Cult, it reminds us of Justin Hayward's warble for the 80's BBC series Star Cops, and we all know what happened to that sci-fi show.

TrekWeb reports that the popular beat combo Woven (who?) have recorded a new song for the series. The site also reports that a new version of Faith of the Heart has been commissioned

Paramount and UPN have neither confirmed, nor denied the title and theme rumours.
