Twilight Zone remix

XFM are searching for the best Twilight Zone remix in a national competition.

If you're a budding mixmaster with a yen to rework creepy sixties TV themes, then you're in luck. The UK Sci Fi Channel have just teamed up with alternative music radio station XFM to run a competition to find the best Twilight Zone remix, to promote the UK premiere of The New Twilight Zone on the channel.

All the elements of the Twilight Zone theme are available to download on the XFM website. Would-be star producers then have until the 16th of July to complete their masterwork and deliver it to XFM.

A shortlist of tracks will be aired on the Eddy Temple-Morris hosted show The Remix, and on the XFM website. The winner will be chosen by public vote, and announced on 1st August.

As well as the fame and glory that will inevitably attend the winner, they'll also get a day in the studio to record their remix professionally, and the possibility of a record release.

Click on the link below for more information, and to download the Twilight Zone theme elements.
