Cast cull for 24
Only Keifer will return for season four.
Following the thrilling conclusion of 24's third season on Sky One last night, it's been reported that familiar faces will be a little thin on the ground when the show returns next year.
Tinseltown bible Variety claims that only star Kiefer Sutherland will return next season, reprising his role as Special Agent Jack Bauer.
Dennis Haysbert's President Palmer has departed the Whitehouse and the series, replaced by his season three rival John Keeler, played by Geoff Pierson.
The Dark Horizons website offers more details of the cast, claiming that Elisha Cuthbert - dopey Kim - was asked to stay on, but chose to pursue her film career instead.
Reyiko Aylesworth (Michelle) has joined the cast of CSI in a recurring role next season, whilst Carlos Bernhard (Tony) is developing his own projects.
We're told, however, that several big name co-stars will feature in what is expected to be the final season of 24.
