Smalville update
Smallville producer talks about the late Christopher Reeve.
Alfred Gough, executive producer on Smallville has been talking to The Post Gazette about how they are going to explain the disappearance of Dr Swann, after the sad death of actor Christopher Reeve.
Alfred revealed that Swann will pass away in the series.
Alfred also explained that earlier in this series Margo Kidder was drafted in to play Bridgette Crosby, Dr. Swann's emissary, when Reeve's health prevented him from returning.
It was planned that both Margo and Christopher would return later in the series, but now Margo will return alone.
"With the introduction of Bridgette Crosby, it still gives you a link to that person," Gough said. "There is some key information he was going to provide, so now she'll provide it."
