Molly Weir has died

Rentaghost's Hazel McWitch passes away.

Molly Weir has died aged 94, after a distinguished career as an actor and author.

Born in Glasgow, Molly started her career in radio with It's That Man Again in the 1940s. But it's her role as Hazel McWitch in the BBC children's series Rentaghost that she is best-remembered for.
