Babylon 5 film

It's all systems go, apparently, for the latest Babylon 5 sequel.

According to the Production Weekly website, things are moving ahead on the Babylon 5 movie, The Memory of Shadows.

The technology of the Shadows has been unleashed by an unknown force. Earthforce intelligence officer Diane Baker is determined to uncover the truth, especially since her brother was killed in mysterious circumstances.

Aided in her cause is Galen, a techno-mage whose purpose is to keep the Shadow technology out of dangerous hands.

Unlike previous feature-length spin-offs from the space station saga, this one will be get a theatrical release.

The Memory of Shadows has been penned by series creator J Michael Straczynski. Taking on directorial chores is Steven Beck, who will be shooting the project in the UK.
