Picking up where Attack of the Clones left off, the toons feature Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Mace Windu and a legion of Jedi Knights as they fight against the forces of the Dark Side.

Extras include:

  • Director's commentary
  • Hyperspace commentary
  • Bridging the saga

Meanwhile, George Lucas has announced he is developing a live-action Star Wars series. The drama will be set between events of Revenge Of The Sith and A New Hope, but features none of the films' famous characters.

"We want to write all the stories for the entire first season all at once. I'm going to get it started, and hire the show runners and all of that, then I'll probably step away," he told fans.

As if that wasn't enough, Lucas is also to appear in an episode of The O.C. In the episode he expresses an interest in the comic created by Cult pin-up Seth.
