Stargate: The Alliance

New game based on the hit series coming soon.

In Stargate SG-1: The Alliance, released in October, you get the chance to play any of the lead characters from the series.

Daniel Tovar, associate producer of the game said, "It's an original story arc based on existing characters... Basically, you play as all four of the characters from SG-1 at different parts of the game."

Tovar said that the cast of the show also participated in the game's creation. "[We] have all the show's actors - Richard Dean Anderson, Amanda Tapping - all the main crew," he said. "We also have likeness rights, so all the characters have been modelled straight from the actors themselves."

Stargate SG-1: The Alliance will basically be a bit of everything - including a shoot 'em up part and puzzles that players must solve before moving forward. Although featuring a new storyline, weapons, locations and enemies from the series are included.
