Yay! Nicholas is back. He's quite the best thing that Roswell has going for it as a bad guy - witty, malicious, grumpy... and fourteen.
The rest of the episode is intriguing, as it tells us much more about both sets of the Royal Four, and it becomes obvious that the Roswell set are the better-adjusted ones. They're certainly better-dressed.
We also see Max as intergalactic diplomat, which is engaging, especially as he makes such a good job of it. For the less-serious amongst us, there's more fun with the dupes, with their silly hair, and, in Isabel's case, silly voices.
One really nice touch is that we discover it is aliens from Max's home system who are abducting Brody, and using his body as an ambassador. The scenes with him and the other people from the temping agency are great. It's a good move, and sets up strange bond between Max and Brody. That said, Brody still suffers from some weird writing.
This week's love:
Max: Is patching things up with Liz. Still heartbroken that she's slept with Kyle.
Liz: Desperately wants to get back with Max. Has to put up with rumours of her sleeping with Kyle.
Brody: Still after Maria
Rath: Gets to snoogle with Lonnie on the couch. Gross.
