Michael is accused of murder after a body is found in the desert. A new alien threat arrives in town.
Less angst, more aliens. Skin and Bones is a strong start to Roswell's second season.
It looks as stylish as ever, but the plot is noticeably swifter. We've suddenly got a whole new alien enemy, and the scheming congresswoman Whitaker.
Whitaker is especially interesting - where has she come from? She just marches into scientific institutions with mysterious corpses - which either makes her wildly improbable or very powerful indeed. And does anyone really believe particle accelerators are purple?
Talking of powerful beings, Nasedo appears to have had a character transplant. Pretty short-lived, though. Good shock ending.
This week's love:
Max: loves Liz.
Liz: wants space from Max. Typical. Bet she still loves him.
Maria: still loves Michael.
Michael: has he got his eye on new waitress Courtney?
Alex: really, really loves Isabel. It's not gonna happen.
Isabel: coo, pwooooar! ooh, Greg.
Greg: the hunky new geologist has his eye on Isabel.
Congreswoman Whitaker: loves Agent Pierce.
