Your Thoughts. My family and I were very shocked to hear the news about Princess Diana. Diana did so much for people and she touched every ones hearts! I followed her progress and movements through the years, her highs and lows, and through it all she had a really special place in my heart. Whenever I thought of her it was with warmth and admiration and will always remain so. Since moving to London 9 years ago, I have become even more of a Royalist (although Diana is always the one that stood out from the rest and one I cared most about), and have witnessed all the major events in her life, which makes this tragedy even more poignant for me. Such a tragic waste and at this moment, I cannot understand why she was taken from us in her prime, when things were finally going right for her. However, I am a firm believer in that everything happens for a reason, and although we don't know what that reason is now, I believe it will be revealed to us (one way or another) in the future. Perhaps by way of a total worldwide ban on landmines, or a change in the privacy laws, or whatever. And because of that, I have hope in this otherwise really sad time. She stood for many things and I believe she will continue to do so and remain in all our hearts and memories forever. Rest in Peace Diana, and God be with Princes William and Harry.
