The death of Princess Diana was really very shocking. She would be remembered in the heart of people forever for her good work especially for poor, children & infected[aids] patients.

I last saw her when she came to Pakistan for the fund raising ceremony of Shaukat Khanum Memorial Trust Cancer Hospital of Imran Khan. I were really inspired by her personality and the way she loves people.

She was really Queen Of Hearts and will remain alive. No one can replace Princess Diana.

May God Rest Her In Peace

On Sunday when Princess Diana died, I was shocked. How could this ever happen to someone as nice and beautiful as she? Her life was just starting to be happy again when this thing happened. You will live in my heart always Princess Diana.

The Rock Family of Napa, California are saddened by the death of Princess Diana...Our heartfelt prayers go out to the Royal Family...mostly to her two sons. We pray that God will comfort them with a comfort only He can bring.

Diana was truly a treasure not only for the UK, but also for the world! She brought what was a staid Monarchy to the level of the people, which made us all better for having had such a wonderful person for the past seventeen years.

There was just one John Kennedy, and one Martin Luther King, and of course one Princess Diana. She was a person who cared about the world and it's sick children and the issues that are plaguing mankind such as the land mind situation. Her world was a world of caring and love not just pomp and circumstance!

I never met Diana but her goodness wells deeply in my soul and her light will never go out in my mind.

I know the common everyday British person feels as I do and will keep her memory and the things she fought so hard for in the for fronts of their minds forever. For we will never see the likes of this wonderful person ever again!!!!!!

Sincerely, an American who thanks you for giving us a person who did her best to make our world a better place!!

With deep sorrow I heard of the tragic accident.

She will be missed by many people.

I pray that the Lord will be with the royal family in this time of loss.

In a time when there aren't many people to look up to and emulate, Princess Diana has been the brightest star in the universe. As a 10 year old I watched the Royal Wedding with my family (at an ungodly hour no less) and at that moment I knew I would never want to be anyone else, other than myself, than Diana.

She has been my heroine for my entire life and when things have been difficult I could always think about how brave she was and use her example to help me realise anything was possible.

I feel a great sense of emptiness now knowing that there will no longer be the woman I imitated as a teenager and emulated as a woman.

I wish her and Dodi final peace and eternal happiness. Now she can be happy in peace.

Upon hearing of the tragic death of this woman- I wept tears not only for her but for all of the people who looked up to her. As I said, "She was my hero". She had more courage than any soldier and in a funny way she somehow had normal problems in an "abnormal" world. May she finally be at peace and watch down on the world from heaven as we still look up to her for guidance.

Forever our hero-Diana.

In our humble suburban home, there is still the shock of disbelief. Diana, you were humble, graceful and full of real class. Countless millions will miss you. May you rest in peace in God's love.

ANGEL

In my lifetime, I've known a few
Of these sweet souls, sent down from above
They walk this earth, their whole life through
Showing every day, an endless love

A measure of love, was daily outpoured
A stranger was never, their's to meet
And when we pass on, from this world
In Heaven, on Golden Streets we will greet

Now one, has passed on before us
At last, her soul has been set free
She will join, in the angel's chorus
For an angel she is, and has always been to me

I was only 8 years old when J.F.K. was assassinated. I can remember feeling great pain and sadness for his family and us as a nation. Today I feel unmeasureable pain and sadness for Diana's immediate family and us as a global nation. Princess Diana was a lady of intrigue and beauty and I am quite certain that her work will continue from our lofty Heavens above. God Bless this wonderful human being.

I was six years old in San Francisco, California, when I watched the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth on television. From that time I thought I knew what being royal was all about. Princess Diana has taught me that being a queen has nothing to do with crowns and marriages and bloodlines. Because of all of her kindness and love to the world's troubled souls, she has already been crowned in our hearts. The world grieves at the loss of such a Royal human being.

Susan Hart, San Francisco State University

It's so horribly unfair that the Princess has been under the microscope since her marriage to Charles. She just wanted some peace, and her death seems to have refreshed the energies of those who would exploit her.

The world has lost someone very special, not just because she was the mother of the future king, but because she was Diana - a brave woman that suffered greatly, but kept going and inspired millions.

The world has lost a true humanitarian, and a genuinely good and loving person. I was so saddened to learn of Diana's death. What a senseless waste! I will miss her greatly.

I was camping with my family on the coast this holiday weekend when I heard the tragic news.

I too, like the rest of the world, felt a lump rise in my throat and tears fill my eyes. A beautiful, kind, compassionate woman was taken from her sons. So young, so full of life.

My thoughts are with her family and especially her sons. May you know that your mother was loved throughout the world and know that she loved you with all of her heart and soul.

Princess Di, you will be missed. May you watch over us, as the angel that you are.

Gail Taylor and Family, Ukiah, CA - USA

I grieve with the whole world in the loss of a great human being. She is indeed the "Queen of Hearts" who will be remembered by her unselfish devotion to the poor, needy and sick. My heart goes out to her two sons whom she loved dearly. My prayers go to you, Princess and to your two boys, Princes William and Harry

She was charming, yet so vulnerable - she paid the ultimate price for her popularity. It is hard to believe we will never see her again.

We are sending condolence from Dhaka, Bangladesh. We mourn for a lady, who could cross hard barriers to present herself as an individual loved by all. Also, she could bring the aristocracy to the reach of people and could use it for building a better future. We mourn for a charming lady.

Good Bye Peoples' Princess.

It was a tragedy to all of mankind that such a wonderful person should die. But we should not grieve. As in Jesus, alive, he was only a teacher. Dead and risen he was worshiped by all. Alive, Diana was only a Princess, one of the many celebrities in this world. With her death, though she will not rise from it, she transcended the boundaries of her human form and reached out to people all over the world. Let not her legacy ends because it's just beginning.....

What happened on that fateful night was a bolt form the blue for all us Calcuttans. We remember her a person of deep compassion. She visited our city for a charity mission on behalf of the Missionaries of Charity . We cherish her memory as the unofficial goodwill ambassador of Britain and pray that the Almighty may grant her peace.

Princess Diana was a unique person possessing a kind and giving nature. The world-wide reactions of disbelief and a profound sense of loss at the news of her death clearly display the way in which she touched the hearts of many nations.

She will be remembered for her unswerving dedication to the many worthwhile causes to which she gave her wholehearted support.

Prince William and Prince Harry will be foremost in the thoughts and prayers of many and the sincerest condolences of the public world-wide go out to all her family and friends.

Even though a light has gone out in the world, Princess Diana left the most wonderful legacy she possibly could in her children. My heart goes out to them as I'm sure millions of other hearts around the world do also.
