How do you describe your accent: "My accent is different because I am fluent in Tagalog. (Philippines.)"

Have there been other influences on the way you speak: "From 1990 to 1997 I lived in Madrid, Spain. During these years, even though it is a considerable length of time, my fluency in Spanish was not as developed as my English is now."
