What a woman's worth according to Homer.
Episode 7G10
Written by Jon Vitti
Directed by Rich Moore
Also starring: JoAnn Harris, Pamela Hayden, Maggie Roswell
Special guest voice: Sam McMurray (as Gulliver Dark)
Premise: Bart's new mail-order spy camera (as used by the CIA, cost $1.50) snaps Homer mid-belly dance with the exotic Princess Kashmir (real name Shawna Tifton). Only by teaching Bart that women are not sex objects can Homer appease the wrath of Marge.
Features: Lenny, Martin, Milhouse, Lewis, Rev. Lovejoy, Smithers, Mr Burns, Apu, Moe, Barney.
Couch: It collapses.
And introducing: Carl.
Trivia:
- Homer weighs 239 lbs, and once had an assistant at work, Eugene Fisk.
- Marge attends an exercise class.
Notes for the Uneducated: Diane Arbus (1923-71) was a photographer who specialised in portraits of grotesque or eccentric individuals. So Martin's friend's comparison of Bart's work to hers is quite valid.
That's Homer Simpson, sir: 'A low-level employee in Sector 7G'.
Notes: It's odd to see Smithers out with a chick (although, to be fair, he's double-dating with Mr Burns). And Mr Burns recognises Homer at the Sapphire Lounge (although, to be fair, his memory had to be jogged earlier in the episode).
