Hi there, I'm Sonali from Newsround. It's Tuesday the 1st of February.
First up - hundreds of thousands of people have gathered in the main square in the Egyptian capital, Cairo to try and force President Mubarak out of power. The atmosphere has been festive, with some protesters even bringing their families....

Organisers say they hope one million people will join what is the largest demonstration so far. Train lines have been closed down by the government, causing thousands of people to gather in very large numbers in other cities too. The protests have been strengthened by the army saying they won't shoot at anyone who decides to defy the governments curfew and demonstrate as it starts to get dark in Cairo. The BBC spoke to some of those out on the streets...
CLIP: "We are from all walks of life and we're not going to leave this square until Hosni Mubarak leaves Egypt as soon as possible" "We felt that we had to come here and do whatever we can." "We are expecting a big result out of this and if nothing happens, we'll gather again. We're not leaving."
Next, to the most expensive transfer in Premier League history! Chelsea have paid a record 50 million pounds for Liverpool striker, Fernando Torres. So what do Chelsea fans make of the signing?
CLIP: "It's a good idea that Torres went to Chelsea, because if he's on form we can win more matches and we can get money from the tickets and pay our debt." "I think it's too much. For us it's a lot of money but to them it's really not much."
But Liverpool didn't hold on to their cash for long - they've forked out 35 million to buy Andy Carroll from Newcastle and another 23 million for Luis Suarez from Ajax.
And finally - the world's oldest known woman has died at the grand old age of 114. Eunice Sanborn, from Texas, was born in 1896 - meaning she lived to see three centuries! But Eunice said authorities had her age down wrong and she was actually born a year earlier - making her 115 when she died.

And the world's oldest woman has died.
First up - the pressure on Egypt's president, Hosni Mubarak to step down is increasing. Demonstrators are hoping that as many as one million people will march against the leader. Already thousands of demonstrators have gathered in the capital, Cairo and in Egypt's second city, Alexandria. The BBC's Wyre Davis is in Alexandria - he described the scene.....
CLIP: "There's a massive demonstration in the heart of Alexandria. It's impossible to say how many people are here. There are several, several thousand people here. They're on the rooftops, they're in the streets, they're on top of cars. All with one common demand - they're demanding that Mubarak is removed from power and that Hosni Mubarak resigns now!"
Protestors have been encouraged by the military's announcement that they won't shoot anyone who decides to demonstrate.

Next up, Chelsea have smashed the British transfer record after paying Liverpool 50 million pounds for Fernando Torres. The Spanish international signed a 5 and a half year deal last night, which means he becomes the fourth most expensive player in the world after Ronaldo, Ibrahimovic and Kaka. Torres said he can't wait to play alongside Didier Drogba and Nicholas Anelka.....
CLIP: "It's a big responsibility for me as well, to try and play alongside them - because the level they have is so high. So, hopefully I can play at that level as soon as possible and learn."
But even though Liverpool made a lot of money on Torres, they've have already spent it all - shelling out 35 million on getting Andy Carroll from Newcastle and 23 million on Luis Suarez from Ajax .
Now to Australia, where officials are warning people in the state of Queensland that a huge cyclone is set to hit.....
CLIP:"Please make no mistake. This storm is a deadly event. People need to take action between now and tomorrow morning. After which time, in the high impact areas, it will be unsafe to travel."
Thousands of people are being told to leave their homes, and helicopters are being used to move hospital patients to a safe place. It comes just weeks after the state suffered its worst ever floods.
And finally, the world's oldest known woman has died at the grand old age of 114! According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Eunice Sanborn, from Texas, was born in 1896 - meaning she lived to see three centuries! But Eunice said they had it wrong and she was actually born a year earlier, making her 115 when she died!
