The Lilt Ladies!

The Lilt Ladies

The Lilt Ladies!

Blanche Williams and Hazel Palmer were both born in Jamaica before moving to the UK in later life. They now inject their own brand of totally tropical humour into popular British pastimes such as golf, ten-pin bowling and yoga in the ad campaigns for the drink.

Blanche and Hazel found their way to world popularity by accident rather than design. Both were discovered at auditions held at Blanche's local bingo club in Brixton and Hazel's local Jamaican Age Care Centre in Bristol in 1998.

Their big hearted sense of fun separated them out from the rest and they were quickly snapped up by the advertising moguls.

Born in the parishes of Clarendon and St Marys, they still retain their Jamaican humour. They love to laugh and bring a smile to viewers' faces through their genuine on-screen rapport. They are both recipients of the MOBO award for Best TV Advert Actress. Big fans of the ladies include Richard Blackwood, Ruby Turner and Ian Wright.
