Cardigan

Cardigans

Pre-teen fans of cop show "Starsky and Hutch" wouldnt be seen out without a cream and brown Starsky cardigan.

Named after the 7th Earl of Cardigan, James Thomas Brudenell, this trendy garb originated as a military jacket of knitted wool, with centre front buttoning. When mass manufacture became possible with machines in the 40s, the style became casual wear for men and children. Luckily it is now out of fashion for men!
