At last you could act out all those 'Don't try this at home' moments
with your own cast of athletic Gladiators dolls.
Gladiators was one of the biggest TV hits of the 1990s. It pitted
big-biceped men and women with 'heroic' names like Storm and Saracen
against ordinary mortals.
Various physical games - like Hang Tough and Pyramid - sorted the
men from the boys. And there was a little something for all the
Saturday teatime viewers.
Nasty Wolf was the kids' hero, and muscle-babes Jet and Lightning
kept dads glued to the set too.
