Premise: The terrible Hurricane Barbara destroys the Flanders' home and the Leftorium. Ned's neighbours try to help him out by building him a new one. When he sees what they've done, he finally flips - and after an astonishing outburst, admits himself into the Calmwood Mental Hospital. What dark secrets might therapy reveal?
