Premise: Marge takes a job with Lionel Hutz's Red Blazer Realty, an estate agency, but finds her morals on shaky ground when she has to sell properties to friends that aren't up to scratch. Despite that, she still manages to convince the Flanders to move to the quaintly named Murder House.

Trivia:

• Lenny likes azaleas, and we learn for the first time that Sideshow Mel's wife is called Barbara.
• Ned moves from number 744 Evergreen Terrace in a van rented from U-Break-It.
• Lionel Hutz's motto is 'You'll Never Go Nuts with Lionel's Huts'.
• Best sign is outside the Real Estate Test room: $75 or Best Offer.
• Skinner's childhood sweetheart was Debbie-Sue, who died in a car crash.
• According to Wiggum, a 318 is the offence of waking a police officer.

Homage: Rod Flanders talks via his finger in the Murder House, in the same way as Jack Nicholson's redrum-growling son does in The Shining (Stanley Kubrick, 1980).

Look out for: A brief cameo from George Bush. Snake setting a trap with Acme Piano Wire (a nod to the Warner Brothers' Roadrunner cartoons) and Kirk van Houten loses his arm in the trap, although it has been surgically replaced later. Ned Flanders screams like a girl (still, what can you expect?) and keep an eye out for the dove on his cheque.

Notes: A simple but enjoyable romp, with the final few minutes in the Murder House particularly funny. Best thing though is the introduction of the hapless Gil, destined to always be a ray of light in any episode!
