Pick a vamp, any vamp:
Count Duckula

Count Duckula was one of a long line of evil vampire waterfowl from deep in the black heart of Transylvania. Fortunately for us, when his unholy corpse was resurrected, ketchup was used instead of blood. Count Duckula rose from the grave as a vegetarian pacifist who loves a nice cup of hot cocoa.

Brought to life by the wonderful Cosgrove Hall, Duckula was first seen on our screens in Dangermouse, but soon got his own show. Like Dangermouse himself, his voice was provided by David Jason.

The Count lived at Castle Duckula, and got into scrapes each episode, helped by friends such as strongwoman Nanny and faithful retainer Igor. His greatest foe was Dr Von Goosewing, a German goose, and confirmed eccentric, who was determined to send Duckula back to the grave.

Fear rating
All Duckula really wants is money and fame. He does still live with his Nanny though, which is a bit creepy. 3/10

Blood factor
Duckula's favourite food is broccoli, and he's a strict vegetarian. 0/10

Cuddliness quotient
He's got his pride, and his big cape, but he's just a sweet little ducky-wucky really. 8/10

Sexy beast?
He's certainly a beast, well, a bird, but Duckula's bow tie and beak just don't cut it in the sex appeal stakes. 2/10
