Premise: Springfield decides to have a film festival and Marge invites Jay Sherman to help judge it. Mr Burns decides to make a movie, and ensure it will win by bribing everyone involved.

Notes: Barney's film is magnificent, but it's easy to see why Homer wants Hans Moleman to be the winner. Jay Sherman perhaps proves here, even more so than in The Critic, just why that show failed. He's too flawed to be likeable.
