Week Seven

A Friend in Need

Hello to all - I hope you had a good weekend.

I mentioned that I went away these past few days to find a friend. The good news is that I succeeded. He is safe and aware of what's happened and the peril that we face. It feels good to know this.

I now have others that I need to find. Who they are is what I know, where they are I don't. I will not post their names right now, as I need to ensure I can keep them safe if we find their locations. Once I've done that, I will once again, as before, put their names in the clues pages. Once there, I have no doubt they will be found just as swiftly. More allies means more chance of defeating Gilles de Rais. That is all that matters.

On another note, I hope you have been enjoying the penultimate episode of the drama. The journey into battle has begun and, as has happened time and time again, the protectors must face the threat that faces Albion and defeat it. I hope that when the time comes to face Gilles de Rais, I am able to do the same.

More knowledge, more power

I've been reading all your messages and posts with great interest. The research you have done has been amazing. The knowledge you share helps me understand our enemy better. Gilles de Rais was not a good man.

He communed with evil, solicited evil's help and committed evil deeds. It is no wonder that he has cropped up now as the evil threat that faces Albion.

But the questions you ask also puzzle me. Why Albion? He is not from these shores. One would think he'd have more of a grudge to bear against his own country. After all, they were the ones who put both him and his friend, Joan of Arc, to death. And yet he's here. Ready to commit evil again.

Some of you have speculated on this subject - the nature of his enemies could be seen to be represented by a nationality. An English one. Who knows? But I have no doubt that once we meet face-to-face to do battle, I will get my answers. And he will get his justice.

I will post the names of other ghosts I seek tomorrow. There are final preparations being made to ensure their safety once found. When (not if - as I know you lot too well) we find them, I will feel safer and stronger in my position as a defender.

Time is running out...

Good day everyone.

We are fast gearing up to the final episode and week of the Ghosts of Albion drama. As everyone who has been here since the beginning knows, it has been somewhat of a roller-coaster ride. What started, on the surface at least, as an innocent and fun web site and drama, has turned into a medium for the fight between good and evil.

Though I did start this introducing myself with a little less than the whole truth, I did so because I had an agenda. It has been fulfilled and far, far more.

I also asked for help searching out ghosts who haunt these shores. You found them. I now need to find more. I have posted their names on the clues pages. Please go there, do your remarkable thing and find them.

Time is of an essence. The story may end in the drama, but it's just beginning in modern times. I feel it. I sense his presence. I know something is going to happen soon. I don't think I have a lot of time left to prepare. Thank you for your support.

The final week...

Welcome to the final week of the Ghosts of Albion. When I say final, I mean of course, the end of the dramatisation that has entertained and involved so many of you since it started. I know from your many messages and posts that you have taken this drama into your hearts and minds and have involved yourself in the tale of my ancestry with gusto. I am glad that out of this, some definitive good has come. Some much greater good may still come, but sadly I am unable to say so yet.

For some of you, watching the drama is where you start and finished on this site. But for a lot of you brave souls, you have ventured into my world and inadvertently become involved with a much greater purpose. I am Tamara Swift, the current Protector of Albion and keeper of the peace on these shores. I was aware of a great peril that was coming. Through this site he has spoken, exposed his identity and vocalised his intentions. Now, we wait.

With your help I have found some much-needed allies. Our army is assembled and ready. They know of the impending danger, they are ready too. I don't know what will happen once it comes. You, no doubt, will find out when and if things go our way or not.

But what I need to say, in this closing period, is a great thank you. Thank you for you help, your time, your kind words, your support, your endeavours, your brains and your humour. It has carried me through these last few weeks. Without that, things might have been a whole lot different in outcome.

I will sign off now. Until tomorrow, keep safe.

Another truth exposed

Once more, Gilles de Rais has exposed something about my identity that I hid from you.

He speaks the truth. As for the questions he asks, I'm afraid I don't have answers. There are holes in my memory, so many dark places, things I've forgotten and others I want to forget.

There is so much I need to explain to you, but I fear there is no time. Something is here. With me. I feel it.

I must go. Now. It seems that time has
