Based on Give Us A Break as used by DJ Dave Lee Travis which in turn
was based on snooker.
The Pub Quiz arcade machine was a general knowledge quiz and didn't have much to do with snooker.
The questions were quite difficult and required an element of knowledge
but the players were often people who had spent their whole lives
avoiding education! Those with a grammar school up-bringing would
play the game late on Sunday or on Monday, when there was a bigger
bounty to be won.
