From their start on this show, Richard and Judy have become the most popular husband and wife presenting team, and are now icons of daytime TV.
The daily programme was originally broadcast from Liverpool's Albert
Dock where passers-by crammed to see through the tinted windows!
Outside, on the dock was a huge floating map of the UK from where
weatherman Frank Talbot presented.
There were frequent cock-ups and set collapses. Amongst the most
memorable was the streaker running across the floating UK! Richard
often put his foot in it with guests with unintentional innuendos.
