Turtles Toy

Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles Toys

The Turtles first came to life in a black and white comic book in the early 80s but it wasn't until 1988 that the cartoon reached TV sets.

The mania that young children had for all things turtle caused parents to queue and even camp outside toy stores (mainly in the US!) to make sure they were able to get the right mutant for their precious child.

Each of the four turtles was available (distinguishable only by the colour of their mask and choice of weapon) plus of course all the hangers on and accessories.

Kids were able to recreate the ninja actions to their heart's content which hopefully took away the urge to practice kicking younger siblings in true Michaelangelo form!
