Review: Alias - Crossings
Jack sucks face!
Notice how experimental Alias is getting this season? We've had a dream episode, a flashback episode, and now a trendy "episode told in the wrong order" episode. Hurrah.
Plus Jack gets a snog from Isabella Rossellini playing Irina's grumpier, dumpier sibling Katya. On the one hand, the show is still mourning the departure of Lena Olin. On the other hand - oh, Katya's just rammed a chopstick through my other hand.
Isn't Katya fabulous? She whips through the episode like a homicidal Liza Minelli. Stroppy, pouty, and relentlessly attracted to Jack "Carved From Rock" Bristow - I applauded so much I spilt my gin.
Other stuff happened this week, but it mostly involved Sydney and Vaughn being sulky. Who cares that they made up at the end of the episode? You know they'll fall out again fairly soon. They are daft dears, aren't they? There are subtler ways to blow up a crashed plane than throwing a lighted "cooe, we're over here!" flare at it.
Meanwhile, Melissa George. It's like discovering Bambi's in league with the hunters.
