Garner's new direction

Alias star gets behind camera for upcoming episode.

In Dreams will be the first Alias episode directed by series star Jennifer Garner.

According to the Zap2it.com website, In Dreams is also set to feature a guest appearance by Cabaret star Joel Grey. The actor has joined Alias cast for several episodes, playing a mysterious man who impersonates Arvin Sloane. We assume this involves not shaving much and wearing silly little round glasses.

The plot centres on the search for yet more artefacts created by Rambaldi - Alias' answer to Nostradamus and DaVinci all rolled into one. colourful wigs are bound to feature heavily too.

In Dreams will be screened in America on 11 May 2005, and on Bravo in the UK later this year.
