Garner to Be With You

Alias star turning Japanese for new film project.

Jennifer Garner is set to star in and produce Be With You, the latest remake of a spooky Japanese movie, reports Variety.

According to Hollywood trade paper Variety, the original film, based on a novel by Takuji Ichikawa, tells the story of a dying woman who promises her family that she would return. A year later the family come across a woman who seems strikingly familiar. Could it be the same person?

As well as preparing to marry Hollywood hunk Ben Affleck, Garner has been keeping busy during her summer break from Alias by filming romantic comedy Catch And Release.

Work on the fifth season of Alias is expected to begin later this summer, although recent reports that Garner is pregnant have led fans to wonder how this will affect storylines. Can we expect rocket-launching baby buggies and bullet-proof nappies from Marshall's hi-tech armoury?
