The Sega GameGear was the poor relation of Nintendo's Game Boy and the Sega MegaDrive but it had a healthy if shortlived existence.
One advantage GameGear had over the rest: with the colour screen
and the help of an adaptor you could watch television!
It's no wonder it didn't last long as the batteries seemed to
go flat in five minutes and unless you were sitting at just the
right angle you couldn't see what was on the screen.
