The official Paramount site is beautiful - it's all done as 'Okudagrams', in the style of the famous Star Trek computers. It has an amazing Trek encyclopaedia, with entries on just about any character, alien race or spaceship you could think of. It's also the place for the most up-to date news on Trek, and has media clips from all of the series. They also cover Star Trek games.
