   PLOT
Finding a legendary Peacekeeper ship all but destroyed and drifting in space, most of the crew want to investigate what happened and scavenge for materials for Moya.

Not Rygel, though. For this ship is the Zelbinion, the Peacekeeper Command Carrier that he was tortured on after losing his throne. Even as Moya approaches for docking, Rygel begins to remember the horrors he was put through.

But the Zelbinion is truly destroyed, barely holding a hull and atmosphere together after being defeated long ago by unknown but very successful attackers. There's nothing left on board - except Gilina, a Peacekeeper technician (a PK tech).

Gilina lacks Aeryn's training or military skill but she's very much Peacekeeper and regards Aeryn as a traitor. The two clash - but Crichton intervenes, saving Gilina's life, persuading Aeryn that Gilina could be a help to them. Mollified by Crichton, Gilina tells them that she's been posted on board the wreck by Captain Crais to attempt salvage - and that Crais is coming back.

Long before Crais can become a problem, though, someone else has designs on the Zelbinion - the vicious Sheyangs. Armed to the teeth, they're zooming in on the defenceless Moya and for once Crichton's mind is on other things as he and Gilina become very close.
