The Fast Show

The Fast Show

So called because of its ultra-short sketches, it was created by Harry Enfield regular Paul Whitehouse.

The Fast Show revitalised the tired sketch show format with a dazzling selection of acutely-observed everyday characters, played by an ensemble cast.

Ted and Ralph, Competitive Dad and others launched a torrent of catchphrases on an unsuspecting public. 'Brilliant!', 'Which was nice' and 'I was very, very drunk' to name just a few.
