Fruit Of The Loom Logo

Fruit Of The Loom

Even though Fruit Of The Loom has been going since 1856 it took more than 100 years for the label to become really trendy.

The logo was created by the daughter of a cotton merchant, Rufas Skeel. She painted it draw attention to the best bolts of fabric in her father's shop. The people who made the cloth soon began using her fruit paintings as a trade mark.

The brand became incredibly popular despite its unchanged logo.
